"Vossa Excelência" is the nineteenth single by Titãs, released in 2005. The song basically criticizes the hypocrisy and lack of care from politicians, referring to the Mensalão scandal. Lines like “Estão nas mangas dos Senhores Ministros” (They are on the sleeves of the mister ministers), refer to the episode in which 100 thousand dollars were found on the underwear of a person related to José Genoíno, former president of PT. Combined with the aggressive chorus “Filha da Puta! Bandido! Corrupto! Ladrão!” (Son of a bitch! Criminal! Corrupt! Thief!), Vossa Excelência brings Titãs back to its Cabeça Dinossauro times, when several pieces of the society were criticized. The song barely charted in Brazil, peaking at number 95.
